BY TAXI
- The expected cost is around 100-150 euro per transfer.
BY TRAIN:
- Take a train from Malpensa Airport to *Saronno* (Malpensa Express). There is a train every 1/2 hour (at 7:23 and 7:53 and so on). The trip is about 20 minutes.
- From Saronno, take a train to *Como Lago*. There is a train about every hour (at 7:04, 8:04 and so on), plus extra trains in high-traffic hours. The trip takes about 40 minutes.
- From Como Lago, you can take a bus or boat to the hotel (see below).

- Como Lago-Grand Hotel by Bus:
- From Como Lago train station you can take either bus line 11 or 6 to the Tavernola docks ("Pontile di Tavernola"). The ticket counter and the bus stop are located in Piazza Matteotti (in front of the Como Lago train station). You can find the bus timetable here.
- The Grand Hotel di Como is located at 5 min. walking distance from the Tavernola docks; follow the signs located at the bus stop.
- Como Lago-Grand Hotel by Ferry:
- From Como Lago train station reach the "Navigazione Laghi" Docks located in Piazza Cavour (5 min. walking distance).
- Buy a ticket to "Tavernola" on the line "Como-Pognana" (the trip is about 8-10 minutes; you can find the timetable here).
- Once at the Tavernola docks, The Grand Hotel di Como is at 5 min. walking distance; follow the signs located at the bus stop near the Tavernola docks.
BY CAR
- Take the SS336 direction to "Milano"
- passing "Busto Arsizio" take the A8/E62 direction to "Como"
- close to "Legnano" take A9/E35 towards "Como"
- Exit at "Como Monte Olimpino" and follow the directions to "Cenobbio" and the "Grand Hotel di Como" (map). For more details click here or here
