Attendee Information

Registered attendees will have access to the following:

  • Pre-recorded presentations of the main symposium program, except the keynote talks
    Expected launch date: October 4, 2021
  • Lightning talks of all papers, grouped by the day of the full presentation, to provide a quick introduction to the daily program
    Expected launch date: October 4, 2021
  • ACM proceedings containing all papers from the main symposium
    Expected launch date: October 16, 2021
  • Live sessions of the workshops and tutorials
    October 18 & 22, 2021
  • Live sessions of the main symposium keynotes and paper sessions
    October 19–21, 2021
  • Recordings of the keynotes and paper sessions after the symposium
    Recordings will be available until the end of December 2021

Papers will be made available in the program posted on the website and on Whova. Pre-recorded videos, live sessions, and interaction during the symposium will be handled through Whova. To use Whova, you can either download the app on your phone or tablet, or use the web app interface.

Extra Page Charges

Authors are allowed up to 11 body pages in the proceedings, excluding references. You can purchase up to two (2) non-reference additional pages for EUR 65 per page during the registration process.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be offered for cancellation requests received on or before October 10, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT. No refunds will be offered after that time.
